Our proprietary platform, Zyft, advances solid-state fermentation for microbial manufacturing by allowing living microorganisms to be cultivated on standardised solid substrates in a more controlled, scalable and commercially relevant way. Unlike traditional SSF processes where the production substrate may need to be separated, Zyft allows the substrate to remain part of the final formulation, helping carry and support the microbe from production through to application.
